A day at the Zoo

It was such a great day for the Zoo! It was a little overcast, and not too hot, perfect!

A ride on the train!

It was Alyse's first trip to the zoo, and she was fascinated with the animals! She would get really quiet (a little against her personality) and point at the animals!

Dalton & Alyse, even with an 8 year difference in age, they still have a lot of fun together!

Some of the animals made Alyse "hold on tight."



Kierra got a pink monkey to wear around her neck! Alyse got a tan one, and couldn't figure out how it was hanging on! Especially when she was walking around.



Kierra doesn't want to take "kiddy" pictures at the zoo, but she will still let us get a snapshot here and there!

Swinging with Grandpa

Alyse was really afraid of swinging, until this Sunday when she sat in the swing with Grandpa Craig. They swang for along time, and she has loved to swing every since (not too high though, that still freaks her out!)


Cousin Killian joined in on the fun too. He loves swinging already!

The after effects of Grandpa Craig! He doesn't always have this effect on kids, but he sure did a good job this time around!
