Alyse was the only one home with us on New Years! Kierra went with friends, and Dalton went with Dena's family to a party, so it was just Kim, Alyse, and I!

The Day Christmas Eve (Eve) Party 2009

On December 23rd we went to the traditional Day Christmas Party at Kim's mom's house. We played the Cheap gift game, and for the second year in a row, Alyse got a pair of socks (actually they were mine) and wore them all night! They were soft and pink, that was enough for her!

This is Kim's grandparents! They have been married FOREVER, and still seem pretty smitten with each other! Sweet!

Thanksgiving 2009

Sadly, this is all the pictures I got on Thanksgiving! My camera battery died at the beginning, so I used my mom's camera to take a bunch of pictures, and then she lost her camera at the hospital, before I could retrieve the pictures!

We had Dinner at my mom and dad's house, and these were the beautiful tables Toni set for us! Cameron (Gwen's husband) did all the cooking, and it was phenomenal!!

Halloween 2009

These are employee's at the Haunted Forest, and one of them works for Dena, so they came and walked through the school in costume! They were SO TALL!! (and creepy!!)

Gives a good idea seeing them by the basketball hoop!

The next day on Halloween, Kierra and Alyse both dressed as Minnie Mouse! With a 12 year age gap between them, it is probably the first and only time this will ever happen!

Alyse loves to play in Madi's room! She even passed up trick or treating with the big kids to stay back and play! We did get her to go to about 6 houses, and she had a blast, however, she like the people's dogs more than the candy! She talked about the dogs she saw for almost a week :)

Joscelyn made a make shift family room in her basement, and the kids had fun escaping down there to play video games after trick or treating!
