San Antonio 2010

In August 2010 my grandma (aka Aunt Eursle) decided to sell her car before she turned 91, her reasoning was this "I just have no business driving at my age" which clearly shows her state of mind, she functions better than people much much younger than her. Never-the-less, she was selling a car I loved and wanted to buy (2000 Pontiac Grand Prix, with, get this 26,500 miles :), so Kierra, Alyse and I decided to fly to Texas and drive it home. It was a short, great trip! We spent a few days hanging out with her and then made the long (about 1300 miles) trek home.

Summer 2010

We went to the Sand dunes with the Gansen's and Carlisle's in June 2010. It was our first camping trip in the new camper. It was really HOT but a lot of fun. Alyse was in heaven to be camping on a Whole mountain of sand! I put up an umbrella and she was fine in the sand for HOURS! Somehow I only took a few pictures, and have none of Dalton or Kim. However, they were there!

The Hogle Zoo

We went to the good ole Hogle Zoo over Memorial Day weekend with Dena's family (the Dastrups) it was really fun, and really good weather.
First time we have broke out the baby stroller in MONTHS, but it was really nice to have!

Of course shoulders work even better than the stroller.

The Carousel was fun for Kim and Alyse.

Without Kiddie Kandids to run too, I had to find somewhere else to get pictures done. We ended up going to Super Target in Orem. These are just the low resolution ones that came in an e-mail.

She is just such a big girl now, the baby is dissapearing into a pretty little girl! I did a few pictures with and of Kierra too. They are such close sisters, even though they are almost 12 years apart.

ALYSE TURNS 3!

Alyse is 3!! I can't believe it! It seems like she should be about 1, yet I can't remember life without her! She is such an amazing little girl! Smart and always learning, yet so loving and compassionate too! She tells me "I Love You SOO much" all the time. Our family feels complete with her! She has been potty trained for over 6 months (Great accomplishment!) and is starting to crawl in the car by herself, so I am close to be phased out in the needed department! No not really, but compare to a year ago, she seems really independent!

Early morning presents! She was so excited to get the mini van from the Loving Family from Fisher Price.

For her "party" she took her two cousins that are her age, Abrie, and Haydn to Kangaroo Zoo for some fun times! They loved it! It was awesome!

Then she got to have cake (made by Kierra) at Grandma Gloria's a couple days after her b-day.

And MORE presents! She LOVES this doctor kit! Maybe we have a little MD on our hands :)
